    Business is more than numbers on a spreadsheet—it’s about people, legacy, and impact. I’ve built and led multiple businesses, from creative agencies to home remodeling, real estate investments, and Randy’s Electric, where I carry forward our families purpose to “Be a Blessing.”

    My wife, Jess and I have been married since 2015, with a bunch of amazing kids that keep us on our toes! When I’m not leading a business or mentoring leaders, you’ll find me outdoors with my family, diving into a new challenge, or living out our family’s “work hard, play hard” mindset.

    At my core, I’m a builder—of businesses, leaders, and lasting impact. That’s the heart behind Intentional Growth Partners (IGP). When we acquire a company, we don’t just see an asset—we see the years of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication behind it. IGP exists to help owners transition their businesses with honor, integrity, and a vision for the future.

    Matt Roussin is a strategic and results-driven project manager with a passion for building efficient systems, solving complex problems, and fostering strong relationships. With over a decade of experience leading high-impact video campaigns, he has developed a unique ability to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive projects from concept to completion—on time and within budget.

    He has led video initiatives for industry-leading brands like Best Buy, Sleep Number, and UnitedHealth Group, overseeing large-scale productions and high-performing teams. Whether managing a $2.2M social campaign that generated over 70M views or refining operational strategies to improve business efficiency, Matt thrives on creating scalable solutions that drive success.

    Beyond his work, Matt is passionate about growth—whether it's helping businesses scale, or building new business opportunities. He also loves basketball, traveling, spending time outdoors, connecting with people, and spending time with his family.
